This place has had mixed reviews, I cannot understand that. This was a very comfortable stay, in a nicely decorated and finished property. We had the studio with kitchen and it was fantastic, a well equipped kitchen and easy to operate. The room was a reasonable size given the price and I found everything to be satisfactory. The toilet was clean and smart and the shower was brilliant. I would stay here again, no problem. One thing, you get the key from a different location, just around the corner, the staff were very friendly and made things easy.

We arrived earlier than expected and the room wasn't made up, but no bother storing our luggage until we could check in. Wendy, our wonderful host, met us at the property to hand over the keys. Property had stairs but we were helped by Wendy to get our bags up the stairs to our room which was lovely. Property is close to the River Ness, so perfect for long walks by the river and plenty of cafes and things to see and do :). Room has a kettle with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cups and glasses. Thanks Wendy!

Everything The location is absolutely fantastic. The staff are always so helpful. I stayed in the studio apartment on this visit. It was spotless. Amenities were brilliant. I would highly recommend. Short walk for the train and bus station. Conveniently located by the high street and a supermarket just around the corner. I felt very safe a solo female traveller. My room was beautiful. And the shower was amazing! I highly recommended. Thank you again !

The location was ideal, 5 mins walk from the railway station, and minutes walk from everything I needed for my short stay. Obtaining the keys from the guest house on arrival was quick & easy. The room was spotless, warm, and cosy, and the decor & furnishings were of a high standard.
